Chuck's Tours, La Cruz and Bucerias - 63732 Cruz de Huanacaxtle

Not quite what Chuck promised. The price changed from quote to my return. The trip was good. The whale ? watching was awesome.

Used Chuck’s tours to take my husband fishing for his 40th bday. This couldn’t have gone better!!! We caught fish and saw many whales while we were out. My husband had the absolute best time. Chuck and his crew are amazing, fun and professional! This private tour felt perfectly tailored to fit what we wanted to do. Chuck had thought of everything for being out on the water for hours. He brought refreshments and one of the fish my husband caught was immediately turned into ceviche by the crew for my husband and I to have as an on board snack. Incredible!! This was my first time to use Chuck Tours and I can’t wait to go on another adventure through his company the next time we return to La Cruz!

We loved our tour. We had our own boat for our family of 6 to Marietta islands to snorkel. They very much accommodated my family and went the extra mile to make sure we all had a great time. We snorkeled and saw the hidden beach. It was an awesome day trip. Highly recommend.

We had a great excursion with Chuck to see the whales in February 2022! So much fun - he is knowledgeable and friendly and we chased the whales for about 3 hours. Great for a small group. Saw some awesome breaches and several families of whales swimming. Would highly recommend.

Great tour with Chuck! He was offering private tours because of Covid and the captain Memo was great wearing a mask. Felt very comfortable the entire time and got to enjoy the beautiful waters around the marietas.

We were stood up today. Arrived early and no boat was in the space agreed. Dock 8 slip 30. Waited and waited. Sent Whats App message and no response. 10 minutes after scheduled departure, I called and they answered the phone; they asked if we were going whale watching (when we were scheduled to go snorkeling). They then said they would be down in a moment. 25 min after scheduled departure (after we started to walk back to our car) they showed up. I asked what the plan for snorkeling was and there was no plan. We told the person that came that without a plan, no boat available and being late was being stood up and double booked. He then insulted us by calling us German Canadians (we are Irish Americans). He then said something about Mexican time and how busy he was. He also said that we were in Mexico and and that time was not as important. I responded that with no boat, no plan and being late, we were double booked. He then said it was our choice to cancel which we did and. Just horrible customer service and completely unacceptable. Insults customers.....

Met Chuck, a positive guy who stays in shape.... Went whale watching today with my wife. One other couple did not show up so we had the boat to ourselves. Our captain was Olonso. Local young guy, hnowledgeable and friendly.. Found a bunch of whales... Very pleasant trip. Highly recommend Chuck's tours.

My husband and I had an amazing trip with Chuck's Tours last week. We booked a whale watching tour and ended up having a private tour b/c the other customers didn't show up. Chuck was great to chat with and the crew were very professional. I researched many other tours in La Cruz and Chuck's is the most affordable, hands down. We have done the big party boat tours before and this was so much better. We were alone in the bay with a knowledgable guide, no loud music playing or drunk people yelling. Chuck and the crew did an amazing job finding whales for us to watch and they always kept a very respectable distance from the animals while getting us close enough to see. For 3 hours we tracked a group of whales that appeared to be courting. It was an amazing experience and we both highly recommend Chuck's Tours!
