Nos atendieron como reyes, la señora encargada está muy al pendiente de los huéspedes. Al otro día un desayuno delicioso de picaditas, fruta y jugo de naranja, hay opciones para peques también. El café totalmente natural, de la sierra de Zongolica y puedes tomar lo que quieras pues hay cafetera en las cabañas. Quiero regresar, muy hermoso todo. We were really delighted in our stay there. Besides being beautiful and comfortable, the cabins have an incredible view. They treated us like royalty, the lady in charge is very attentive to the guests. The next day a delicious breakfast of minced, fruit and orange juice, there are options for children too. Totally natural coffee, from the Sierra de Zongolica and you can have whatever you want as there is a coffee maker in the cabins. I want to return, everything is very beautiful.

La señora encargada es muy amable sin embargo la atención no es la mejor. La habitación con chimenea no es práctica porque todo se llena de humo. No nos facilitaron más cobertores para aguantar el frío ni cargas de leña adicionales para cada noche, y casi no hay agua caliente. Podrían mejorar bastante. The place is acceptable, however the facilities are run down and the cabins are actually very austere. The lady in charge is very friendly, however the attention is not the best. The fireplace room is not practical because everything fills with smoke. They did not provide us with more blankets to withstand the cold or additional loads of firewood for each night, and there is almost no hot water. They could improve a lot.
U	UnADM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar lleno de naturaleza, las cabañas son rusticas, pero cuentan con TV y wifi, la atención es excelente, todos los colaboradores de ahí son personas muy amables, tienen una cocina yun área de comedor por si quieres preparar algo y comer ahí, en las cabañas también hay frigobar, microondas y cafetera. Hay alberca, y puedes dar una caminata, el lugar es muy tranquilo y relajante. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. A place full of nature, the cabins are rustic, but they have TV and Wi-Fi, the attention is excellent, all the collaborators there are very kind people, they have a kitchen and a dining area in case you want to prepare something and eat there, in the cabins also have a minibar, microwave and coffee maker. There is a pool, and you can take a walk, the place is very quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend it.

NO TIENEN SERVICIO DE COMIDA COMO LO PROMOCIONAN, SÓLO HAY UNA SEÑORA QUE TE DICE QUE CUANDO TIENE TIEMPO TE HACE UNOS HUEVOS AL GUSTO PARA DESAYUNAR. NO SIRVE LA TIROLESA CON SILLA QUE PROMOCIONAN, EN LAS CABAÑAS NO HAY VENTANAS QUE PUEDAS ABRIR. PARA COMER TIENES QUE LLAMAR A OTROS LADOS DE FUERA Y COBRAN CARO POR LLEVARTE LA COMIDA O EN SU DEFECTO TIENES QUE SALIR. NO HAY MUCHA LIMPIEZA EN EL LUGAR. FUE UNA MALA EXPERIENCIA IR A ESAS CABAÑAS. I WAS THERE IN MAY 2021, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR. THEY DO NOT HAVE FOOD SERVICE AS THEY PROMOTE IT, THERE IS ONLY ONE LADY WHO TELL YOU THAT WHEN SHE HAS TIME SHE MAKES YOU SOME EGGS TO YOUR TASTE FOR BREAKFAST. THE ZIPLINE WITH A CHAIR THAT THEY PROMOTE DOES NOT WORK, IN THE CABINS THERE ARE NO WINDOWS THAT YOU CAN OPEN. TO EAT YOU HAVE TO CALL OTHER OUTSIDE PLACES AND THEY CHARGE EXPENSIVE TO TAKE YOU THE FOOD OR YOU HAVE TO GO OUT. THERE IS NOT A LOT OF CLEANLINESS ON THE PLACE. IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE GOING TO THOSE CABINS.
