Desgraciadamente mal, normalmente nos han atendido bien, pero ahora con la pandemia se entiende que no puede estar mucha gente... Adentro había muchas chicas que ya habían terminado de escoger y pagar.. y en ves de que se retiraran estaban adentro platicando como si no pasará nada... Y por ende no dejaban atender a la gente que estaba afuera... Una de ellas mi esposa.. lastima porque siempre le gustó a mi esposa ese local.

This review is based solely on my experience and personal opinion. We went to Chiulisima on Friday 10.1.21 (evening). Chulisima is a evening dress shop where you can RENT or BUY elegant night dresses, for all occasions and ceremonies. DRESSES: they have many choices of night dresses considering the size of the shop. a little bit limited when it comes to sizes and colors, but still fairly good. All the dresses can be bought or rented, depending on your needs. All the dresses can be altered if needed. They have many "Gran Gala" dresses and many dresses for your daughter's "Quinceañera" party. All the Dresses can be altered if needed. SERVICE: The shop offers a RENT or BUY kind of service. The way it works is you go to the shop, select your dress, try it on and let them know you want to rent/buy it. At that point they check how it fits you and they help you decide if it needs to be altered or not. Once all is set, they iron the dress and they bag it for you to take away. IF you are RENTING, you can keep the dress for 48 hours and then you have to return it at the same location. IF you are renting, the rental service is paid upfront (cash or credit card). STAFF: There were a total of 4 girls when we were there. All of them friendly, smiling and professional. They help you choose the right dress for the right occasion. Also, they alter the dress right there right now. be aware THEY DO SPEAK SPANISH!!! not sure whether they speak English or not, but do not expect them to!!! PLACE: it is a very small shop, two small rooms, with a total of three fitting rooms, two chairs and a very small sofa, in case you need to sit down. Inside is nice and cozy, with a luxury vibe (very girly). The great lighting and the full-size mirrors will definitely help you select the right dress. PRICES: We rented our dress and it was US$ 35 for 48 hours. CONCLUSIONS: We liked it alot, we had a great customer experience, and we will definitely go back and rent another dress whenever another ceremony will come up!
