Alguna vez publiqué que trataban súper bien a tu mascota y así lo pensaba, sólo que en la última ocasión hirieron a mi perro y el manejo que le dieron fué nefasto! No me comunicaron de inmediato del accidente hasta que regrese por él, jamás pidieron autorización para el procedimiento (que no fué poco, 5 puntadas! Sí lo cortaron, como pasó? Un accidente)... Jamás extendieron una receta, desconozco si el q lo atendió realmente es veterinario, me condicionaron a que ellos lo tenían que atender o no me cubrían los gastos... Y pues después de una segunda sutura xq lo estaban atendiendo súper mal, tuve que llevarlo a un hospital en el cual me comentaron que el manejo había sido muy mediocre o de alguien que no tiene experiencia ( para q se den una idea, ni siquiera fueron para razurar la zona afectada). Decido dar mi testimonio para evitar que otras mascotas sean maltratadas. ESTO NO ES UNA DIFAMACIÓN, TENGO TODO DOCUMENTADO. I HOPE IT WORKS!
