★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustan mucho los boneless, desde que estaban en plaza Jalisco. Pero cosas como aderezo extra no creo que sea muy cool cobrar y que no tienen variedad de bebidas sin gas, solo agua. El sabor está muy bien.
 I really like boneless, since they were in Plaza Jalisco. But things like extra dressing I don't think it's very cool to charge and they don't have a variety of still drinks, just water. The taste is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se si sean las que estaban en la plaza Jalisco, pero no están nada buenas. La carne en sí estaba rica, los tamaños normales y la calidad del producto dentro de lo esperado, pero las salsas dejan bastante que desear, da un sentir que están siendo diluidas para generar mas producto, cosa que le resta bastante sabor al producto final. Los boneless son tradicionales, no americanos, pero aun así no están a la altura del costo. Los costos en general están altos, dos personas 300.00 MXN aprox, es algo elevado. El servicio es regular, un solo mesero para las 8-10 mesas en sitio. Las instalaciones son regulares, con alta presencia de moscas y mosquitos. Las bebidas están caras y son de tamaño mini. En general, lugar nada recomendable.

The meat itself was rich, the normal sizes and the quality of the product within expectations, but the sauces leave a lot to be desired, it gives a feeling that they are being diluted to generate more product, which subtracts a lot of flavor from the final product. Boneless are traditional, not American, but still don't measure up to the cost. The costs in general are high, two people 300.00 MXN approx, it is somewhat high. The service is regular, a single waiter for the 8-10 tables on site. The facilities are regular, with a high presence of flies and mosquitoes. Drinks are expensive and mini size. In general, not a recommended place.
