Las principales calles de acceso son: Matamoros y Sabino.
Esta Capilla fue construida en el año 1730, por la orden religiosa franciscana. Fue una de las 15 ermitas, construidas a finales del siglo XVII en cada uno de los barrios de Xochimilco; fue construida con restos arqueológicos prehispánicos y como su nombre lo dice, está dedicada a San Juan Bautista.

This Chapel was built in the year 1730, by the Franciscan religious order. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capilla bonita, la comunidad le da mantenimiento continuamente, tiene una vista preciosa e interesante pues frente a ella se encuentra un árbol de la especie Sabino que algunos expertos dicen que tiene una edad de más de 400 años, por lo que hace interesante ir allí, hace poco La Universidad de Chapingo en conjunto con expertos en estos árboles le dieron mantenimiento pero desafortunadamente no hubo suficiente presupuesto y no se continuó enseguida con la segunda fase que era colocar unos cable tensores y un columna para evitar que se desgaje y desgraciadamente esto sucedió, se destajo uno de sus troncos; aún así es bellísimo este, vale la pena ir.
