★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustan muchísimo los combos de tiras de pollo. En esta sucursal tienen un servicio regular ya que no funciona el interfón para pedir en el coche. El tiempo de espera es mayor q cuando funcionaba.
 I really like the chicken strip combos. In this branch they have a regular service since the intercom does not work to order in the car. The waiting time is longer than when it worked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida está rica lo malo es que no dan salsa...y falta personal de limpieza en las mesas están sucias ..uno las tiene que estar limpiando con lo que traigas así como los baños demasiado sucios y sin papel para manos ni rollos...
The food is delicious, the bad thing is that they don't give sauce... and there is a lack of cleaning staff at the tables, they are dirty... one has to be cleaning them with whatever you bring, as well as the bathrooms that are too dirty and without paper for hands or rolls. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un poco descuidado, sin embargo mis respetos a los chicos que atiende pues a pesar de ser solo 3 se rifaban la fila de carros y atención al mostrador y vimos que además estaban haciendo la decoración navideña. Mal para la empresa pues a mí parecer eso es abusar un poco de sus empeñados. La comida pues buena.
A little careless, however my respects to the boys who attend because despite being only 3 the row of cars and attention to the counter were raffled and we saw that they were also doing the Christmas decorations. Bad for the company because it seems to me that is abusing a little of its employees. The food is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ve muy sucio el personal, me tocó ver personal adentro del área de preparación de comida con el pelo suelto (sin cofias). La higiene deja mucho que desear (al menos en la visita que me tocó hacer a mi) en realidad siento al personal poco atento. Por ejemplo, tienen 2 cajas y la fila del drive estaba larga y la del restaurante también y mientras una sola cajera se hacía bolas para atender ambas líneas 4 empleados (entre ellos el gerente) platicando del otro lado de la barra.
Me queda claro que lo descuidado de el lugar es culpa de los empleados porque las instalaciones en si están bien.
The staff looks very dirty, I had to see staff inside the food preparation area with their hair down (without caps). Hygiene leaves much to be desired (at least on the visit that I had to make) in fact I feel the staff inattentive. For example, they have 2 boxes and the drive line was long and the restaurant line was long, and while a single cashier was making balls to serve both lines, 4 employees (including the manager) were talking on the other side of the bar.
It is clear to me that the neglect of the place is the fault of the employees because the facilities themselves are fine.
