We loved the visit, the delicious cuts and the excellent service. It is the only buffet that really offers you ALL the cuts. The salad bar rich and fresh. Wide variety of drinks. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

We were really surprised by what we found. It has spaces to park, the location is very good especially for those of us who live in Cholula. When we arrived I told my husband that depending on the seasoning I would ask him to come back or not. We went to the salad bar it was sparse so we served ourselves few things, we sat down and I told my husband before taking a bite to my mouth, that it seemed like it was debut and farewell, but oh surprise, what we served It had a very good flavor and to say good flavor does not mean that it has been X, good flavor for someone who almost never gives 5 stars is GOOD FLAVOR .. It should be noted that we had fasted, so we arrived about 5 minutes before 2, and we understand that it was still early and when we were with the meat they were putting more dishes on the salad bar. We started with the meats and everything was very rich. We go to the pampas for the shrimp and in this place they have them and it's the same flavor. We go to the Fogon do Brasil for the garlic bread and in this place the taste is practically the same (we don't like the pampas garlic bread). The cuts are very very good. The attention of the staff is very friendly. It is not a luxurious restaurant, it is simpler than the Pampas or the Fogón do Brasil but the price is cheaper. Yesterday, April 30, the cost was 250 pesos for the buffet and the one for children was 50 pesos on promotion, normally it is 99 pesos (we asked). The only thing I would like is for them to put some pie or cake or flan or chocoflan for dessert. If they had some desserts but no bread and we have people that is our weakness. But with the jelly and the chocolates that I had (there were other things) with that I was satisfied. Without a doubt we will return.

I have visited several steakhouses in CDMX, so I dare to comment on the following: The place is new, and it shows that some details are missing, two to highlight: the experience of the waiters and the lack of tweezers to take some cuts; On our visit two people were not stuffed with meat splattered from the swords. Another mistake they have is the lack of cold carbonated drinks, most restaurants must understand that canned soft drinks if they are not previously cold lose gas and flavor when mixed with ice, so it is a sin to have them at the time. The other issue is that, despite only having three tables occupied, it seemed that they were more interested in serving two of them than ours; You should know that this type of restaurant requires attention to detail focused on knowing how to distribute the portions of meat, since each sword is enough to satisfy a maximum of five or six diners, and if they always take the same route, it is likely that the other tables feel isolated or without receiving the expected service. The meat is of intermediate quality, the picaña, one of the star cuts in these places, was tasteless, while the turkey was excessively salty. Of the others, most tasted good. The bar is small and up to a certain point it works, I'm not much of a fan of side dishes, but most of what they offer tastes good. And finally, something that seems incredible to me is that they do not have a drink menu, so you do not know what types of wines they offer or what drinks they can prepare. I hope to return and that they have improved, I think it has potential and with it I would increase my rating, for now, they only deserve three stars.
