Recently they began to serve very good coffee with good baristas and so it was that I dared to try the churros that although they are expensive they are tasty. They just changed their coffee machines to automatic and there are no longer specialized baristas. It is not a cafeteria and that is understood but today I realized that its staff or an automatic machine can operate, not satisfied with that the girl who makes the churros was on the cell phone and did not realize that my order was queued. Terrible service

I wasn't expecting much from the reviews but I was honestly surprised, the churros were very good and the staff was attentive.

Nothing to do with what they once were, very bad, super x and very expensive. I will never return and I really recommend that you go to others a thousand times if you want to eat a churro, even if it is decent.

Several times I have visited this churrería and although they change employees they always serve you with a face that seems like they want not to buy them, the coffee is half cold, the churros cold and tasteless (I tried the cream one) Yesterday, for example, they ran out of churros and said that they would take them in 10 minutes to which several people in line said that they left them paid and returned and the girl told them that they did not have to pay until the churros arrived. you have no desire to sell and they waste people's time. In summary; Terrible service and poor quality food.

I don't give it a lower rating because Google doesn't allow it; number one, I ordered three cold drinks and for the cost (40 pesos) I thought that the size was normal, like everywhere, it turns out that it was not, it was a small size. Second negative point, the cold coffee is not prepared at the moment but they have a jug in the fridge and they serve it from there. Third negative point, the coffee and cold chocolate were extremely sweet, so much so that we had to throw the drinks away. Fourth negative point, the stuffed churros is nothing more than a normal churro with a liquid jelly, never ask for the goat cheese with honey, the appearance is unpleasant and the taste is horrible. Fifth negative point, the person who attended us did it as if he were doing us a favor, super reluctantly. I do NOT recommend the place at all, do not waste your money and within the Cineteca there are other better options.
