★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy rico. Me gusta el lugar porque puedes comer diferentes cosas según tu antojo, algo dulce o salado. Recomiendo quedarse en la parte de abajo si quieres comer algo rico y a precios accesibles. Porque la parte de arriba es independiente y está bastante cara la comida, y mala. Te dan las cosas frías y todo es comprado en el Costco, por lo menos deberían hacer su carne de hamburguesa. Sólo si quieres jugar videojuegos y tomar algo mientras, lo recomiendo.
 Very rich. I like the place because you can eat different things according to your craving, something sweet or salty. I recommend staying at the bottom if you want to eat something delicious and at affordable prices. Because the top is independent and the food is quite expensive, and bad. You get cold things and everything is bought at Costco, at least they should make their hamburger meat. Only if you want to play video games and drink something while, I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sabor de los churros deja mucho que desear, tienen que mejorar su receta, el de los rellenos está mejor eso es lo único que los salva, el chocolate estaba dulce pero aceptable; en cuanto al servicio deja mucho que desear, nose si el chavo era extranjero por que aventó los platillos, precios aceptables $5 el normal $10 el relleno y $45 cualquier chocolate, no me dieron ganas de regresar la verdad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio dentro la propina pusieron una nota adhesiva con la propina, la cual se le pregunto el porque y xomento qué porque tenían poca gente y que pues hay mucho personal y que de ahí sale para su sueldo. .. Pésima acción
Pedimos dos malteadas de sabor bien pero son a base de leche y están tibias las hacen de helado.
Los churros les falata un poco más de tenoretura. Para que no esté tan cruda la masa. Y estén crujiente.
El lugar está bonito pero lastima de la atención y administración.. Por fuera se ve bien el lugar al igual que por dentro pero nada que ver...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta hace medio año aproximadamente estaba riquísimo todo. Los churros eran de buen tamaño y el azúcar con canela estaba riquísima. El chocolate estaba pasable. Fui hace 1 mes y la atención es pésima, la calidad (tamaño y sabor) de los churros es mala; en esa ocasión pedí un chocolate el cual no mencionaba que llevaba bombones (cosa que yo no quería) y al reclamar nos pusieron una cara horrible.
No se si hayan cambiado de dueño o qué pasó pero ahorita está horrible la atención y el producto.

I went 1 month ago and the attention is terrible, the quality (size and flavor) of the churros is bad; on that occasion I asked for a chocolate which did not mention that it had chocolates (which I did not want) and when we complained they gave us a horrible face.
I don't know if they have changed owners or what happened, but right now the service and the product are horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una muy mala experiencia en mi primera visita, al llegar en 10 PM preguntamos si había servicio, lo cual nos comentaron que sí, pero no había churros tradicionales, solamente rellenos, bien, ordenamos dos churros rellenos mientras esperábamos unos paquetes de chocolate y churros tradicionales (los cuales un mesero nos comentó que no había pero si éramos lo suficientemente pacientes en aproximadamente 20 minutos nos servían estos) al recibir el chocolate español y los churros "rellenos" nos dimos cuenta que solamente eran churros cortados a la mitad y bañados del dulce elegido... los chocolates formaron nata al poco tiempo y nos llevamos casi 50 minutos esperando unos churros que ni siquiera estaban bien cocidos y quemados por fuera , los precios son algo injustos en churros solos pero en paquete están bien...
Ahora bien... El mayor problema es que el chocolate nos hizo daño a mi pareja y a mí cuando fuimos... No volveríamos a ir... Muy mala experiencia. Tal vez es una en un millón pero de cualquier manera la falta de organización nos dejó una muy mala impresión.

Now ... The biggest problem is that chocolate hurt my partner and me when we went ... We would not go again ... Very bad experience. Maybe it's one in a million but anyway the lack of organization left us with a very bad impression.
