El complejo es bueno pero super mal administrado, la administración esta a cargo de Arcano Administraciones y en resumen de la experiencia con ellos, es que les importa nada hacer su trabajo y solo les importa recibir su paga; aparte de su atención de mala gana, mala comunicación y nula acción a las necesidades del complejo. Por bastante tiempo no se tiene plumilla de entrada, cierran la entrada del estacionamiento cuando quieren, mantienen en mal estado el estacionamiento, tardan bastante en atenderte, etc.
