They take a long time to assist you at the reception, they do not offer you a glass of water and also the maintenance staff is very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron más de 5 meses para dar mantenimiento a una contadora de billetes que me vendieron. Muy lentos, no contestan el teléfono, triangulan demasiado. Finalmente me cobraron muy caro y la máquina falló en menos de 2 semanas. Un fastidio
It took them more than 5 months to maintain a banknote counter that they sold me. Very slow, they don't answer the phone, they triangulate too much. Finally they charged me dearly and the machine failed in less than 2 weeks. Annoyingly
