It is a branch of the bank in addition to having an ATM. If you are a tourist you can change dollars and they give a good change to Mexican pesos, only with a passport

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención del personal. Siendo Turista puedes cambiar DOLARES sin tener cuenta o residencia. Solamente con el pasaporte pude cambiar aquí. Recomiendo.
Very good staff attention. Being a Tourist you can exchange DOLLARS without having an account or residence. Only with the passport I was able to change here. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Had same experience as the previous poster, except it was 10,000 pesos. $600 CAD taken from my account, and no cash dispensed.
I walked into the bank and complained, and they told me it will be automatically refunded in 1 hour. It's been longer than that and nada. Will be returning and complaining in a much less pleasant fashion, and if needed I will get my bank manager in Canada to call them and tell them to stop screwing around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible rate of exchange on US Dollars. They took 7%. Also, I’m pretty sure my card was cloned at their machine so it’s frozen until I return to Canada. The machine told me it was out of service after it accepted my pin. I knew something weird was going on and then I read the previous reviews. Avoid this bank at all costs.
