★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evitar este banco! Avoid this bank! CIBanco took 10.000 pesos in an ATM transaction in January 12 2017. The ATM machine never gave me any money but it was taken from my account. After 6 months, the bank still has not payed back what they took. Local banking manager admits to the error but still has not paid back despite formal claim with my foreign bank and Visa. CIBanco lied to VISA who close the case. Banking manager knows and agrees to wrong reporting to Visa's investigation! CIBanco never denied they took my money. Still after half a year and numerous visits to the manager, they failed to pay out. STAY AWAY.

Update Jul 6th.
I have updated my rating from 1 to 2 stars. I got my money back, but the process was awful and it took 6 months. I had to make 5 visits to the bank office and numerous calls to foreign bank as well as filing 2 different complaints with Visa. VISA was good to work with, but that does not help if CIBanco does not do their job professionally.
