I scanned some documents at home that I had a large size and I wanted them smaller but my scanner could not leave the smaller ones so I called this place to ask if they had scanning of said small size, they told me that if they scanned that size, when the girl arrived she told me that it was $ 5 for each scan to which at the end when she charged me I saw that she exceeded $ 20 per sheet for each scan, I asked her what those extra $ 20 for each of the sheets were ( they were $ 100 were 5 sheets plus the $ 5 for the normal scan) and he told me that it was because of the reduction he made of the document, I told him that I did not ask him to reduce the document I asked him to scan those documents in such size, if his Scanner could not scan that size she would have told me from the beginning that she was going to have to do two services, because besides the program that she used to reduce them is free internet !! .. I did not ask her to do two functions scan and reduce , alone scan of such size that I asked.
