★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio del joven que se encuentra como encargado ..el día de hoy al entrar se le pregunto a qué hora cerraba dijo 4:45 a 4:50 pero como había gente dieron las 4:59 y para no perjudicar kise guardar mi captura de trabajo que realize y la máquina ya no lo permitió pues de alguna manera se había cerrado sesión decía la máquina kizas por los movimientos de cierre que estaba realizando el joven se le pidió su apoyo para salvar el documento e imprimirlo y dijo groseramente que no sabía porque el problema y me ignoro ..estaba un compañero de el y le pedí su apoyo el otro joven se acercó amablemente y vio que no se podía por algo del sistema y le dijo y se hizo al que no sabe y entonces tuve un altercado verbal con el pues le dije que pésimo servicio daba y no le iba pagar por algo que no me podía resolver y me.dijo que no da asesorías solo renta máquinas y se puso grosero incluso lo pueden ver en sus máquinas y amenazo con que si no le pago pues no hay servicio otro dia..más que hacer más grande este pequeño detalle me agradaría el dueño a quien por cierto conozco de años pues más de 5 años que vengo a este ciber por trabajos se comunique conmigo y mínimo se le de seguimiento a la grosería de este joven que está para brindar un servicio eficiente al cte aunke esté con prisa por salir
