★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, la atención del personal es deficiente, cada una tiene un proceso diferente, si tardas más de 10 min se te descuentan de tu sesión sin embargo si te hacen esperar más de 20 min, para poderte atender. Lo único rescatable son las instalaciones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia. Contraté un paquete de depilación y me prometieron mil cosas, al final tuve como un 20% de eficacia. Mucha rotación de personal, no generan confianza para el procedimiento que es algo invasivo, mal capacitadas, cada chica que trabaja ahí lo hace como le entiende, están de malas, no hay seguimiento de resultados. Supe que no era la única inconforme porque en mi cita 7 (aprox) la "cosmiatra" me dijo que habían más personas quejándose del nulo resultado y que la causa era que la maquina no servía y que la iban a cambiar, me dieron 3 sesiones más por ese "inconveniente" (llevaba 7 sesiones con la maquina que no servía????!!!!) Pedí hablar con el encargado, cuando lo logré y le platiqué esto y otras quejas me dijo que lo iba a revisar con el equipo y finalmente me ofreció que volviera a pagar y que ahora si lo iban a hacer bien (precio al 50% cuando su precio a la mitad era el mismo que estaban ofreciendo en general en ese momento) No accedí. Les recomiendo que no gasten su dinero, tiempo y energía en este lugar.
Very bad experience. I hired a hair removal package and they promised me a thousand things, in the end I had about 20% efficiency. A lot of staff turnover, they do not generate trust for the procedure, which is somewhat invasive, poorly trained, each girl who works there does it as she understands, they are in bad shape, there is no follow-up of results. I knew that I was not the only dissatisfied because in my appointment 7 (approx) the "cosmiatrist" told me that there were more people complaining about the null result and that the cause was that the machine did not work and that they were going to change it, they gave me 3 sessions more for that "inconvenience" (I had 7 sessions with the machine that didn't work????!!!!) I asked to speak with the manager, when I managed it and I told him about this and other complaints, he told me that he was going to review it with the team and finally offered me to pay again and that now if they were going to do it right (price at 50% when their half price was the same as what they were offering in general at that time) I did not agree. I recommend you not to waste your money, time and energy on this place.
