Sobre el doctor Portillo es un buen doctor hace bien su trabajo y por su agenda tan ocupada es difícil conseguir citas ya que llevan hasta 5 meses de espera pero el punto PRINCIPAL de mi queja es acerca de su personal.
Las personas en recepción son groseras deja mucho que desear y mancha el trabajo del doctor por que quedan pocas ganas de volver a venir.
El 1er dia que llegue hasta mi última consulta las personas en recepción no saludan, te piden las cosas pero te hablan muy grosero . En la fila escuchaba varias quejas y quien ah venido sabe lo que hablo.
Hace falta más trato tanto como humano como profesional hace de ser algo particular a sentirte como en seguro social.

About Dr. Portillo, he is a good doctor, he does his job well and due to his busy schedule it is difficult to get appointments since they have been waiting up to 5 months but the MAIN point of my complaint is about his staff.
The people at the reception are rude, it leaves much to be desired and stains the doctor's work because there is little desire to come back.
The 1st day that I arrive until my last consultation, the people at the reception do not say hello, they ask for your things but they speak very rude to you. In line I heard various complaints and whoever came here knows what I am talking about.
More treatment is needed both as a human and a professional person, it makes you feel like you are in social security.
