Me entregaron la bici en malas condiciones y además cobran caro y son groseros con los clientes. Fui a preguntar porque fallaba mi bici y querían volver a cobrarme. I had my bike fixed and they gave me a waiting period of 3 weeks, when I went for it they told me that it was not ready and I would go the next day, so they brought me for several days. They delivered the bike to me in poor condition and they also charge dearly and are rude to customers. I went to ask why my bike failed and they wanted to charge me again.

La volví a llevar y me dijeron que no tenía garantía, y me cobran muy caro. La masa era nueva pero de bajísima calidad y fue la única que ofrecieron. I went to have disc brakes put on and when they gave it to me they were loose and two days later the new mass of the disc brakes that they placed themselves was put on. I took it back and they told me it had no guarantee, and they charge me dearly. The dough was new but of very low quality and it was the only one offered.
