HORRIBLE SERVICE. The bicycles are very beautiful and you can customize them as you want, but the attention you receive during the whole process is very bad. First they do not tell you exactly what accessories the bike includes according to the price they give you, when you ask them they answer you with a huge annoyance as if one should already know those things, they also make you wait more than an hour for super silly things. I made the mistake of thinking that only the service was bad and I ordered a bike that was delivered to me in five days; I CALLED ON THE DATED DATE AND I WAS TOLD I WAS NOT YET; I went on the following Sunday and they gave me a bike with the SPLATTERS RAPPED and badly placed, I asked them to change them and they had me waiting for an hour while they painted the scrapes with beige spray, so THE PICTURE (black) WAS BRISEADO. When I took the bike the tires were low, so I did not notice another problem but when filling them the next day, the rear tire began to make noise and scrape, I realized that THE RIM WAS WRONG PLACED, fully attached to one of the sides of the frame and the dashboard; to finish it THE SPEED CONTROL WAS PLACED BACK. I called to ask for the damage to be fixed and the "lady" who attended to me told me to return it (that is, wait until the other Sunday because they couldn't deliver at the moment) and see when they delivered it to me; I got so angry that for the first time in my life I became like the cliché of the demonized client and told him-I shouted that all that was unacceptable and that I was expecting a real solution because I was urging a functional bicycle for the previous week; The lady didn't even let me finish talking when she took off the phone and had already happened to someone else. In the end, they gave me a more sensible solution and offered to build a completely new bicycle for the following week; They changed it to me after almost two hours of waiting at the store (even though they gave me an hour to pick it up) and correct a couple of minor damage. Reading everything that people comment on their Facebook page, I think I ran very lucky, because the most common complaint I saw is that they order the bicycles and do not even give them to them or reimburse them for money, that they stop answering calls and messages Anyway, I recommend that if you decide to buy here make sure you are very specific with what you are asking (even if they are so unfriendly at the counter) and when you receive your bike, check very well that everything works correctly and save more discomfort. : /

DO NOT BUY HERE If I could give it a grade of 0 it would be given. It was the first time I bought a painting, however my friend accompanied me, we asked for some specifications. They agreed to deliver the painting in a week and delivered it a week later and they did not even apologize or warn me that they still did not have my product. The next week that I went to the painting, they gave it to me with paint stains, I had to tell them to remove it from me, please. It was very difficult to put the cups, I also had a lot of welding in elementary parts of the painting, they painted everything up to the axis rope, in short they DELIVERED A DAMNABLE WORK AND A CERTAIN WAY I WAS MADE WITH ALEVOSIA and for which I had to pay to amend.
