Nach dem Wiegen der Wäsche bezahlten wir für knapp 3kg Wäsche 150 Pesos, was wir als Touristen wohlwollend bezahlten. Als wir am nächsten Tag die Wäsche abholten und in unserem Hotel auspackten, mussten wir leider feststellen, dass die Wäsche zwar mit irgendeinem femininen Duft eingesprüht und zusammen gelegt, aber auf keinen Fall gewaschen wurde. Alles war voller Flecken, selbst der eingetrocknete Schweiss war auf den T-Shirts noch zu erkennen. Reklamation ohne fliessendes Spanisch zwecklos, da wir ausserdem am nächsten Morgen weiter reisten, blieb uns bei sparsam kalkulierter Kleidung nichts anderes übrig als in unseren verdreckten Klamotten rum zu laufen und wie blumige Raststetten-Klo-Lufterfrischer zu duften. Sehr schade, irgendwie schneiden sich die Leute heutzutage doch mit sowas ins eigene Fleisch. Vielleicht waren die Maschinen kaputt oder es hatte irgendeinen plausiblen Grund, aber für diesen für mexikanische Verhältnisse sehr hohen Preis erwartet man doch etwas mehr als ungewaschene Wäsche mit Duft-Spray gepimpt. I hate to write bad reviews. But here we were completely screwed. After weighing the laundry, we paid 150 pesos for almost 3kg of laundry, which we as tourists paid benevolently. When we picked up the laundry the next day and unpacked it in our hotel, we unfortunately had to find out that the laundry was sprayed with some feminine scent and put together, but under no circumstances was washed. Everything was full of stains, even the dried sweat could still be seen on the T-shirts. Complaints without fluent Spanish are pointless, as we also traveled on the next morning, with sparingly calculated clothes we had no choice but to walk around in our dirty clothes and smell like flowery Raststetten toilet air fresheners. It's a shame, somehow people cut their own flesh these days with something like that. Maybe the machines were broken or there was some plausible reason, but for this price, which is very high by Mexican standards, one expects something more than pimping unwashed laundry with scented spray.

On demande un service non express on nous dit c'est le même prix. On a trouvé une laverie pour 60 pesos quelques rues plus loin. We wanted to have our laundry washed. We are told a price of 200 pesos without knowing the weight of our bag because the service is express (morning for evening). We ask for a non-express service and we are told it is the same price. We found a 60 peso laundromat a few blocks down the road.

It seems like they wash with cold water and little soap and maybe without a machine so it does very little . Also they charges me 200 pesos when I paid 56 pesos for the same weight in playa del carmen.
Y	Yesenia Cuevas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate writing bad reviews but this laundry service basically took our money. We dropped off on Thursday and reluctantly agreed to a Sunday at 5 pm pickup. Come to find out they close at 5 pm on Sunday's and we arrived a few minutes after to find it closed. Already upset that they didn't inform us that they closed at exactly 5pm, my Husband went the next morning (the day we left) to pick up the clothes. As we open the bag to happily put on clean clothes since we'd been recycling for a few days, we see the clothes are still dirty. So, thanks for storing our clothes. I really do insist to all tourists to not drop off their clothes here. They seem to be more for commercial laundry services from the looks of all the towels and bedding piles around. It took everything in me to not go back here and request my money back because it was just wrong what they did.
