★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, debo llamar al menos 3 veces para recordarles que me envíen dos garrafones (los que siempre pido) y la persona que contesta te dice que el tiempo estimado de entrega es por mínimo dos horas ?? ósea cuando marcas es porque ya se termino el agua y esperar 2 horas o más es demasiado ? así que si les urgen garrafones mejor vayan al Oxxo más serca o pidan sus garrafones un día antes
Terrible service, I must call at least 3 times to remind them to send me two jugs (the ones I always ask for) and the person who answers tells you that the estimated delivery time is at least two hours the water and waiting 2 hours or more is too much ? so if you are in a hurry for jugs, better go to the Oxxo more serca or ask for your jugs a day before
