★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy acogedor. Esta el local sobre el pasillo hacía adentro que cuenta con una mesa alta con sillas altas. Luego entre el pasillo y la pista de hielo (en progreso) hay mesas con espectaculares vistas de la plaza. Los chicos son muy atentos y amables. A la vez son meseros, puedes pedir tu consumo en caja y pagas. Si no pides para llevar, te sientas en las mesas y te llevan tus alimentos y también cuidan que no te falte algo. Muy excelente su servicio. En cuanto alimentos y bebidas; tienen variedad y sus postres son muy buenos. Mi postre favorito es el pay de queso que lo puedes acompañar con un aderezo, recomiendo el rompope. Exquisito. El pastel de queso de Cielito Querido es mucho mejor que el de Starbucks, créanme. Ahh y puedes pedir chilaquiles, solo que no son tan elaborados, solo tienen queso derretido. Su café de olla es excelente. Excelente vistas y alimentos. Que más se puede pedir. En mi visita consumí; café de olla, chilaquiles y pay de queso con rompope.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He notado que últimamente no solo en este en todos los Cielitos anuncian bebidas y en la imagen promocional viene con crema batida y algún otro extra y te ponen bien bonita la foto ya que lo pides te dicen que la crema batida es extra que las chispas que se ven son extra y tooodo es extra, eso es publicidad engañosa.
Y si tienen cupón de cumpleaños úsenlo en una cuenta separada ya que si pides varias bebidas alimentos etc, te van a descontar lo más barato y tú bebida "gratis" si la cobran aguas!! Ya que no te lo dicen en caja.
Además de aguantar el humor del cajero o cajera que te toque aunque traen cubrebocas se les nota una jeta de no quiero estar aquí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su variedad nada mal, por temporadas y su Pay d nuez muy bueno, la única queja sería más q con los empleados con la mezquinidad d la administración, q solo tiene trabajando a 2 pobres trabajadores en días tope cm d Semana Santa, lo cual es una burla, demasiada gente y solo 2 personas atendiendo, una cobrando y tomando órdenes y la otra en friega preparando, muy mal por los tacaños patrones… ah y el agua d “fresa natural” terrible eh, nada recomendable no la prueben xfavor, sabe q cualquier cosa, excepto a fresa natural…
