★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, 3 personas atendiendo y sin gente y para que te limpien una mesa tienes q rogarles y hasta se molestan y te gritan. Fui a pasar una tarde tranquila con mis papás y mi papá termino furioso solo porque ya había pagado y con tarjeta que si no de verdad les dejo ahí mis cafés y pasteles. Mega pésimo servicio el que dan, capaciten a su personal para que sean amables y serviciales
 Terrible service, 3 people attending and no people and to clean a table you have to beg them and they even get upset and yell at you. I went to spend a quiet afternoon with my parents and my dad ended up furious just because he had already paid and with a card, otherwise I would really leave my coffees and cakes there. Mega lousy service they give, train your staff to be friendly and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regularmente disfruto mucho de los cafés Cielito, pero en está sucursal en particular pedí la red de Wifi, me la dieron mal, la volví a pedir a otra empleada y me dijo que "no la sabía porque no era de esa sucursal". Adicionalmente estaban las mesas exteriores todas sucias y con trastes.
I regularly enjoy Cielito coffees a lot, but in this particular branch I asked for the Wi-Fi network, they gave it to me wrong, I asked another employee again and she told me "I didn't know it because it wasn't from that branch". Additionally, the outside tables were all dirty and with dishes.
