Unfortunately, we had several personal items stolen by the maid service. Best to keep your things secured or refuse maid service altogether.

Visited with a large group. Really good food, reasonably priced - consistent with nearby places, and good service. I would go back. The cook was wonderful.

The staff was pleasant the hotel was clean. The staff was very accommodating my TV wasn’t working they changed it out & changed my room. I also was gave me spa as Courtesy which was amazing. I loved everything with one exception breakfast if you don’t eat eggs you in trouble ? not much selection & only one piece of bacon.

Probably, the worst hotel I stayed at. Completely overpriced for that it is – a dump. Cant explain why people are raring it with 5 stars. We paid €400.-/night in January 2022. Here is what you need to know: -Location: Attention, the hotel is NOT in Tulum but 25 min car ride from center and the beautiful Tulum beach bars, clubs, restaurants. -beach: Attention, you cannot enter the water as it is a riff with rocks ranging up to 150-200m wide into the sea. All you can do is lay on beach and get fried all day. -Rooms: Basic rooms are spacious, yet extremely old. Bathroom so old it looks nasty. The only window they have is facing the patio from which you hear peoples voices every morning. Not great if you want to sleep in. Towels are so old they had holes. -Staff: helplessly incompetent except for the young guy at reception in the evenings. Awkward interaction, it’s one of those places where staff knows so many things are wrong but are in denial. -Breakfast: Average, you have to repeat everything 3 times to staff until they get things right. Note, you have to pay extra if you want an espresso or an additional glass of water. -Guests: Not my cup of tea. Last thing: At check-out they asked me to wait 5 min until the maid checked the room. What? So be prepared to get charged if something may be broken due to normal use. -Overall: A no-go. Grab some extra money and get a really nice place. There are tones of them in Tulum.

I got to spend my babymoon here. It was soo relaxing! The staff was super nice and accommodating. We got our room upgraded to an ocean view. I would definitely come back and highly recommend. If you want something private and away from the loudness and typical tourist area this is the place for you! Very secluded and at night i fell asleep to ocean waves ??!! Also the cenote just steps away from the hotel was my favorite one out of all the other ones I visited again not as much people which made it more great! Free breakfast and the OJ was the freshest and best one I had from my stay at Tulum!

Wow, I'm coming back for sure, great breakfast, great drinks, great view, great beach, great rooms, that pool is so photo ready with the columns, everything is perfect. We had a rental car which is definitely preferable in this spot, pretty close to Coba ruins. There is a dock out on the water with hammocks, lights up at night we especially enjoyed. The staff were really accommodating too.

Everything about this stay was amazing!! 1. Great view & is location in a good location with a cenote & few restaurants around. 2. The food was amazing with good price, we stayed for around 15days in Quintana Roo & haven’t found any other stay with such good food & options. 3. You can use life very & kayak provided at the hotel to swim & snorkel. 4. Staff is extremely friendly & helpful. Definitely coming back!and recommend staying here rather than oceanfronts in tulum ocean stretch.

I don’t even know where to begin. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff and a drink. The location is beautiful ! If I ever visit Tulum again I would definitely stay here again. They make the process so smooth from ordering food from the restaurant (which was amazing) to getting you a taxi service if needed. The beach is so relaxing and quiet and rooms are very comfortable and Well kept. There’s a Covid testing site in walking distance as well for your flight home. Don’t let the bad reviews fool you because this place is a hidden gem.
