★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio.. personal de ventas poco capaz y desinteresado por vender.. mandas una cotización y según no les llega.. y posterior se tardan demasiado en cotizar.
lousy service .. sales staff not very capable and disinterested in selling .. you send a quote and as it does not reach them .. and later they take too long to quote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Compras una cosa, te quieren entregar otra, haces un pedido y al recogerlo ya no tienen existencia, para poner una queja se tardan 1 hora porque no saben ni con quién dirigirse. Mal de verdad y es una lástima porque tienen buenos productos (al menos en teoría)
Terrible service. You buy one thing, they want to deliver another one, you make an order and when they pick it up they no longer exist, to file a complaint it takes 1 hour because they don't know who to go to. Really bad and it's a shame because they have good products (at least in theory)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me salvaron la vida: el único lugar en la CDMX donde se puede conseguir un tubo de rayos catódicos. Si quieres comprar cosas para laboratorio, ellos son la solución. Incluso me dieron descuento por ser estudiante. :)
They saved my life: the only place in Mexico City where you can get a cathode ray tube. If you want to buy things for the laboratory, they are the solution. They even gave me a discount for being a student. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios son buenos pero el envío no fue lo que pedí, ordené unas cajas para tubos de PCR que anuncian en la página pero me llegaron otras distintas que ni siquiera cierran. Por favor actualicen su página para que sepamos lo que estamos comprando.
The prices are good but the shipping was not what I ordered, I ordered some boxes for PCR tubes that advertise on the page but I got other boxes that do not even close. Please update your page so we know what we are buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención al clientela al inicio, en cuestión de entrega muy mal si tienen prisa con sus productos no los recomiendo, tuve que pedir el reembolso del anticipo y una muy mala atención y me dejaban en la línea me colgaban y no me daban respuesta, muy mal servicio solo me engañaron que el embarque llegaría y nunca llego ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen pésima atención al cliente. A mí me entregaron 4 días después de lo acordado. No son formales, no son confiables. Me querían cambiar unos vasos de precipitado que pedí de Pyrex por otra marca. No tienen interés. Llamas para dar seguimiento a tu pedido y se excusan echándole la culpa a sus compañeros de compras, de facturación, de logística, hasta de intendencia... Aparte investigué y esta empresa "Velaquin" se ha mantenido de celebrar licitaciones por dedazo y mochada con adquisiciones del gobierno y todo durante el prianismo. Ellos viven y han sobrevivido de eso.
They have terrible customer service. They gave me 4 days after the agreement. They are not formal, they are not reliable. They wanted to exchange some beakers I ordered from Pyrex for another brand. They have no interest. You call to follow up on your order and they excuse themselves by blaming their shopping mates, billing, logistics, even quartermaster ... Besides, I investigated and this company "Velaquin" has kept from holding tenders by finger and mocha with government acquisitions and everything during prianism. They live and have survived from it.
