★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Su portal de facturación es una basura! Piden dos datos que antes venían en el ticket, pero en los nuevos tickets NO vienen esos datos (abril 2022). Hablas por teléfono y nunca te contestan.
Your billing portal is rubbish! They ask for two data that previously came on the ticket, but that data does NOT come on the new tickets (April 2022). You talk on the phone and they never answer you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los huevones se niegan a atender durante la noche, son las 2:53am y solo se limitan a decir "no tengo servicio", se encierran en la oficina y apagan la luz. Por atenciones como estas es que uno tiene que optar por otras opciones. Que lástima que por un mal empleado que solo viene a dormirse tiren la buena atención que generalmente se recibe durante el dia. Claramente se muestra que el servicio es de 24hr.
The jerks refuse to attend at night, it's 2:53 am and they just say "I don't have service", they lock themselves in the office and turn off the light. It is because of attentions like these that one has to choose other options. What a pity that for a bad employee who only comes to sleep they throw away the good care that is generally received during the day. It is clearly shown that the service is 24hr.

Lousy billing system. I put the star to let me make the publication but they don't even deserve that. VERY BAD!!!
