Very grateful for the attention and detailed explanation, the diagnosis was 200% accurate, my problem was from several months ago with recurrent fever events, several times I thought it was covid and the tests were negative, I never had pain as such, only a slight discomfort but my tooth had an infection that completely necrotized the tooth (not visible to the naked eye) and 2 endodontists assessed me giving treatment. I needed surgery, they did it yesterday, zero bleeding, zero inflammation until today and I have no pain, obviously I follow the instructions on time. Thank you Dr. Longoria C. Maxillofacial ???
