★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a combination washer/dryer and I hate it for many reasons. It supposedly has a 10 year guarantee but they won't let me trade it in for a different machine. Other than that, I like the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cimaco is a large, clean and well stocked department store. But they are very expensive. We have bought a few kitchen gadgets there but typically look elsewhere for a better deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst promos and discounts ever. They elevate the price of everything and just put a sign saying "-2000 pesos offer!". But in reality you are paying the same old price. I don't recommend this business and it's a shame because it's a Mexican one.
Go and shop only if you dare. I've been visiting this place and it's always the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the nicest department stores in Mazatlan. Great selection of designer clothing, furniture and household goods. They also have a terrific specialty food, bakery and alcohol section. I had a meal for the first time on the restaurant and it was wonderful. Super for breakfast, lunch or casual dinner
