★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, llegas a entrevista y Mercedes Montiel de Recursos Humanos ni siquiera te recibe, te hacen llenar varios exámenes (1 hora) de ahí todavía te hacen esperar como media hora más, al final te pasan con el Gerente General y es otra hora de entrevista, al final Mercedes Montiel te pregunta qué cómo te fue en la entrevista, mi gran pregunta es...Qué no ella misma tendría que tener los comentarios? Y no preguntárselo a los candidatos? De entrada te das cuenta que no hay comunicación al interior de la empresa.
Después le preguntas a Mercedes sobre el proceso para saber si continúas y se ofende, al menos a mi me bloqueó. Una actitud muy despota de Recursos Humanos.
