La ubicación del generador (seleccionada por el instalador de CIME) llevó casi a la asfixia de dos habitantes de la casa después de solo 3 horas de operación. Recibí respuesta hasta después de reportar el problema dos veces y fue únicamente un “lo siento”, no percibí ningún interés real en ofrecer una reparación o al menos entender el problema para que no se repitiera con otros clientes. El técnico que contraté para la reparación (diferente empresa) hizo numerosas observaciones de la baja calidad de instalación original.
Terrible installation service. The location of the generator (selected by the CIME installer) led to the near suffocation of two inhabitants of the house after only 3 hours of operation. I didn't get a response until after reporting the problem twice and it was just a "sorry", I didn't perceive any real interest in offering a repair or at least understanding the problem so that it wouldn't repeat itself with other customers. The technician I hired for the repair (different company) made numerous observations of the poor quality of the original installation.
