who wish to experience something new. Javier, the Chef, usually posts themed Events in Facebook and up to 16 people can dine. For each theme that Javier chooses, there's a story in how each dish was prepared and why it was chosen for that specific Event. I've to 3 events of his, and he has always surprised me with something new. Very highly recommended experience! Keep an eye on his Facebook page (50 cubiertos) to learn more about upcoming Events.
