★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un poco desagradable, el personal atiende con mala actitud, la salas sin aire acondicionado, los asientos cómodos pero sucios a mas no poder. Esto no es de hoy, he ido algunas veces mas y sigue siendo lo mismo. Creo que al personal no le interesa contar con instalaciones dignas. Cobran lo mismo que un Cinemex o Cinepolis, si no van a mejorar deberian bajar sus precios. Pero bueno esto es culpa de los dueños tambien.
A little unpleasant, the staff attends with bad attitude, the rooms without air conditioning, the seats comfortable but dirty but can not. They charge the same as a Cinemex or Cinepolis, if they are not going to improve they should lower their prices. But well this is the owners' fault too.

Decidí ir a ver una película recientemente con medidas sanitarias pertinentes para que ustedes no se tomen el tiempo de supervisar que se cumplan.
Fue horrible que no tomen distancia entre usuarios dentro de la sala, hay grupos de personas que se retiran la mascarilla para estar hablando durante la función.
Así que NO RECOMIENDO a los usuarios no asistir a las funciones si no hacen cumplir las medidas sanitarias.
Vale arriesgar la salud por ir a ver una película en un lugar que no cuida a los asistentes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bien el lugar para lo que es valle, pero la atención no suele ser de buena calidad en dulcería, es de estrés todo el tiempo aunque no haya mucha clientela en filas, en ocasiones se encuentran las salas un tanto sucias, y lo que me pasó mas recientemente... Las palomitas estaban algo pasadas (rancias) -_-! En un principio le ponía 4 estrellas al lugar, sin embargo es lo mismo cada visita, ojalá hagan caso a las opiniones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena opción para ver pelis en Valle, aunque pequeño y cuesta igual que los grandes cines. Ofrece funciones en 3D. Bien para pasar el rato.
Good option to watch movies in Valle, although small and costs the same as the big cinemas. It offers 3D functions. Good to hang out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor cine al que he ido, los precios son elevados pero no sería lo peor si por lo menos se dignaran a limpiarlo, sucio es poco tanto el piso como los asientos y la entrada principal del cine parece que nunca los han limpiado. Además de todo el personal que recoge tus boletos no dejo ni terminar de ver la pelicula cuando ya habían prendido luces y estaban risa y risa en la entrada de la sala. No vuelvo a pararme ahí y por lo tanto no lo recomiendo en absoluto.
The worst cinema I've ever been to, the prices are high but it wouldn't be the worst if they at least deigned to clean it, both the floor and the seats are a little dirty and the main entrance of the cinema seems to have never been cleaned.
