He ido dos veces , las dos veces tuve una experiencia horrible , nunca volveré a ir , aparte de estar caro , tiene muy baja calidad la pantalla está muy chica como menos de la mitad de un cine normal y la resolución es menos de 720p or 360p cuando la mayoría de los cines están ofreciendo 4K ni siquiera tienen audio Dolby, y muy muy caro por el mal servicio $300 pesos por un ticket para una película en 720p en una pantalla chica no vale l pena, nunca volveré a ir a este lugar!!!

I have gone twice, both times I had a horrible experience, I will never go again, apart from being expensive, it has very low quality the screen is very small like less than half of a normal cinema and the resolution is less than 720p or 360p When most of the cinemas are offering 4K they don't even have Dolby audio, and very very expensive for the bad service $ 300 pesos for a ticket for a 720p movie on a small screen is not worth it, I will never go to this place again! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está plaza me encanta, pequeña y no muy conocida, está en santa fe así que todo aquí tiene un alto costo monetario, le pongo 4 estrellas porque el servicio ya no es tan bueno y hace falta mantenimiento, pero bueno después de un año de estar cerrado sin generar ingresos se entiende, esperemos regresen a ser el mejor cine de la CDMX...
I love this square, small and not very well known, it is in Santa Fe so everything here has a high monetary cost, I give it 4 stars because the service is not so good and maintenance is needed, but good after a year of being closed without generating income is understood, we hope they return to be the best cinema in CDMX ...
