★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de palominas y dulces del cocol, los empleados son unos ineptos para atender, tuve que esperar 30 minutos para que me atendiesen y finalmente cuando me atendieron le comente que no había bandejas; el cuate este las solicitó hasta que terminó de atenderme, y debido a que la película estaba por comenzar, tuve que cargar todo por mi cuenta. Deberían prever este tipo de cosas y que el gerente haga su trabajo. Por lo menos los asientos, limpieza, calidad de sonido y proyección sin problemas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya van varias veces que visito este cine, pero en verdad el servicio de dulcería y de postres es horrible en una crepa tardan hasta 40 minutos aun estando sin gente, si mejoraran eso eso estaría mucho mejor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un excelente cine, tiene muy buenos combos para parejas o más personas, los asientos muy cómodos y el personal muy amable, tienen todas las medidas de sanidad, hay poca gente y mientras esperas a que inicie la función puedes ir a dar una vuelta a en la plaza, muchos horarios, es mas tranquilo los domingos en matinee, buena ubicación dentro de explanada, me da gusto que haya abierto nuevamente sus puertas.
