★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio por parte de la cajera pero si vas a una función por la noche, "ya no hay servicio de baño." No hay mucho espacio para esperar y mi asiento tenía palomitas cuando entré a la sala. Lo único rescatable fue la cajera que nos dió buena atención. De lo contrario le pondría una estrella.
 Good service from the cashier but if you go to a function in the evening, "there is no bathroom service anymore." ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cinemex Zumpango una porquería, la atención un asco, nunca tienen cambio y las personas que te atienden en cajas prefieren no venderte las entradas por no tener cambio y afueras te condicionan las entradas con la venta de combos, así como quien te recibe los boletos y de mala gana te pide que dejes tus cosas en paquetera o que saques frente a todos lo que traes. Lo peor que cuando les comentas qué los puedes reportar te retan a hacerlo y de forma burlona te dicen que no hay buzón de quejas y que a ellos no les pueden hacer nada pero que a ti si te pueden negar la entrada. Qué lastima que por estás acciones uno tenga qué preferir a otras sucursales qué acudir a está.
Cinemex Zumpango is crap, the attention is disgusting, they never have change and the people who serve you at the checkout counter prefer not to sell you the tickets because they don't have change and the outskirts condition the tickets with the sale of combos, as well as who receives the tickets and Reluctantly, he asks you to leave your things in the parcel or to take out what you bring in front of everyone. The worst thing is that when you tell them that you can report them, they challenge you to do so and mockingly tell you that there is no complaints mailbox and that they cannot do anything to them but they can deny you entry. What a pity that for these actions one has to prefer other branches than to go to this one.
