★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for movie nights, too bad they don't have English movies in ALL their branches... My friends and I usually have to spend more time to get to the branch where they have spanish subtitles. We don't like Spanish DUBS. But the service overall is great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty they didn't clean up after last movie I had to move trash to sit, no wifi no one could explain why or how to get it. online support not helpful, the only thing I liked is that it's alone .... now I see why

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually very good service but lately it feels as if they have dropped the ball sometimes. The parking lot is big but old, it needs major maintenance if not a new one. The folks watching your car at the parking lot are elders with low money income so be sure to tip them when you leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love Cinépolis. Now it's always dirty specially the Cinépolis Aguascalientes. I know pandemic has hit them hard. But at least try. The customer service is bad and slow and food isn't as good as it used to be. It's sad cuz I have appreciation for the brand.

Location is a little bit outside of the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very nice theater and they play there movies in Spanish. They have your typical snacks like popcorn, hot dogs, and nachos, but they also have a side where you can buy fries, sandwiches and a few other great food products and coffee. I would recommend this theater.
