Good facilities, although there is a lack of speed and attention in film protection, suddenly something fails them, but I still recommend it cheaply and in a good place.

This cinema is newly opened, the rooms are small, it has 8. In the checkout area you can order your treats when choosing your seats. The sound in the theaters is bad because it is equalized very high and the bass is null or very weak, which detracts from the film. We have attended this cinema twice and the audio has always been the same problem. Another detail that is annoying, the lights in the corridors that despite being blue are intense and hurt the view, they distract you from watching the film carefully. Hopefully they dim or cover them so that they only emit the light towards the floor. (We suggest that when you go you take masking tape so that you cover these lights if you are close to your seat so that the light will not hurt you) An also uncomfortable detail is that the health services are at the first level, which will be a great detail if you go with crutches or a wheelchair for you to consider if you decide to go to this cinema. I ordered some popcorn through a Delivery app. Not only did it take too long to prepare the popcorn (something that doesn't take 5 minutes at any Cinépolis), but on top of that, they sent me all the flavors they wanted except the one I ordered.

The cinema in general is fine, only that the employees are very slow, I have seen people very upset because they do not attend quickly. Outside in the frappes and crepes the slowness is worse, you easily lose 15 to 25 minutes while they serve you and prepare your order and the flavor is very average. In other cinemas with more theaters and with more influx, they attend faster than in this one where fewer people go.
