★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, al llegar a la sala el chavo que estaba en porteria no portaba cubrebocas, estamos en contingencia sanitaria y ellos sin cubrebocas, al entrar ya a la función sin sana distancia respetada en los asientos, los baños en la parte de arriba para personas de la tercera edad, muchos cortos antes de empezar la película y el Icee tenia un sabor extraño
 Bad service, when arriving at the room the guy who was in the goal was not wearing a mask, we are in a health contingency and they without a mask, when entering the function without a healthy distance respected in the seats, the bathrooms in the upper part for people of the third age, many shorts before the start of the film and the Icee had a strange taste

Good place to enjoy a movie, it is comfortable and the combos they offer are varied. The times I go it is moderately crowded and the lines move quickly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tamaño de las salas y la pantalla hace que sea un poco incómodo ver la película cuando los asientos buenos ya están ocupados, los empleados son atentos y la variedad de comida está bien... Aún así siento que por lo que pagas podría ser algo mejor la experiencia
The size of the rooms and the screen makes it a bit awkward to watch the movie when the good seats are already taken, the employees are attentive and the variety of food is ok... Still I feel that for what you pay it could be something better the experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia en esta cadena de cines siempre es placentera. La atención recibida por parte de los empleados es grata y amable. Hay juegos para divertirse en lo que inicia la película que elegiste. Los baños están en la parte superior del establecimiento. Tiene estacionamiento y está ubicado en buen lugar. Lo recomiendo mucho. En contraparte de los otros cines de la ciudad, este es mucho mejor.
My experience in this chain of cinemas is always pleasant. The attention received by employees is pleasant and friendly. There are games to have fun in what starts the movie you chose. The bathrooms are at the top of the establishment. It has parking and is located in a good place. I highly recommend it. In contrast to the other cinemas in the city, this one is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los baños muy limpios, sala limpia, proyección y sonido adecuados. Taquilla y dulcería rápida aunque muy cara pero así son los cines.
Very clean bathrooms, clean room, adequate projection and sound. Box office and fast candy store although very expensive but that's how cinemas are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is mostly very slow, taking you almost half hour to buy a ticket, popcorn and drinks. The size of the screens aren't as competitors but the sound quality is really good. I wouldn't go more than one time a month though.
