★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cine VIP has big comfy seats that fully recline for an almost too relaxing experience. They also have a good selection of tequila, including Don Julio. Tequila and recliners are a dangerous combination!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great movie theater, with stadium seating and recliner chairs. You get to pick your seats, great snacks, and two people can do all this for about $12 USDs. The US could learn a few things about setting up cinema s!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm used to going to the cinepolis here in the US and it's exactly the same service the only difference is that the customer service for the movie theater here in Mexico was 10 times better than the one in the US the people that actually work at this location or extremely nice very helpful they were not rude at all like the ones in the US.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The theater itself is nice. However, the service was terrible. We ordered two drinks when we got there and it took over 45 minutes to get them delivered. The waiter never came back. They never came to see if we wanted food, more drinks, anything. To get our drinks, i had to leave the movie and ask the manager, and i found her just hanging out and chatting with friends like she wasnt working. Surprised this was considered a VIP experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool experience to watch a movie so comfortably. The only complaint I had was that it seemed like our waiter left after taking our beer order. So we didn't get our beers until we had to go to the staff to say something (which was about an hour later, this was after we saw that everyone else was getting served except us)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in line for tickets 10 minutes, then waited in the food line 25 minutes, then get to my seat and the door is left open threw out the film casting a glare on the screen so I got up and shut it three times the employees came back and opened it back up every time, if I wanted bad sound quality or bad picture quality I would have bought a bootleg copy of it from a local vendor and just watched it at home.
