★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las entradas se compran en la dulcería, solo había una chica atendiendo, era la tercera en la fila y tarde casi una hora para comprar los entras y mis combos, después de media hora para que tomara mi pedido el sistema canceló el pedido porque ya se había tardado demasiado, la película que verían mis sobrinos ya había empezado y la chica tuvo que volver a ingresar el pedido desde el inicio, la cuestión es que ahora le marcaba 595 y antes eran 610, revisó todo y aún así me cobró 610, definitivamente no regreso a este complejo además las palomitas de caramelo sabían a quemado y las dorito y de mantequilla sin sabor, parecían naturales. Y también me perdí el inicio de la película. Las instalaciones muy limpias y poca gente pero de nada sirve si la atención es pésima.
 Terrible service, the tickets are bought at the candy store, there was only one girl attending, she was the third in line and it took almost an hour to buy the tickets and my combos, after half an hour for me to take my order the system canceled the order because it had already taken too long, the movie that my nephews were going to see had already started and the girl had to re-enter the order from the beginning, the point is that now it marked 595 and before it was 610, she checked everything and still charged me 610, I definitely will not return to this complex and the caramel popcorn tasted burnt and the dorito and butter tasteless, they seemed natural. And I also missed the beginning of the movie. The facilities are very clean and few people but it is useless if the attention is lousy.

Lo malo es que al ser un Cinépolis pequeño también tienen poco staff y por eso se tardan bastante en atender, incluyendo la taquilla dónde me he tardado para comprar mi boleto.
My favorite place to go to the movies, always clean, few people.
