★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me agrado el echó deque no respetarán el horario supuestamente era pará las 7 y empezaron alas 7:30 esperando aque llegara toda la gente. Era una premier .y aun que no lo fuera respeto por los que somos puntuales.
I did not like the fact that they would not respect the schedule, it was supposed to be at 7 and they started at 7:30 waiting for all the people to arrive. It was a premiere. And even if it wasn't respect for those of us who are punctual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que es mucho mejor que ir a Plaza Agora, ya que te evitas las largas filas ya sea para comprar tú boleto, para entrar al baño o para ir de compras al área de dulcería, la verdad que se los recomiendo muchísimo más que la sucursal de Agora, tan solo por el tiempo que se ahorra de largas filas y no asiste grandes masas de gente y así que mucho menos probable que llegues a contagiarte de covid, además de que los filtros sanitarios siguen bien colocados, así que es muy recomendable que vallan a esta sucursal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen que no hay que juzgar un libro por su portada, y este es un buen ejemplo de ello, ya que la fachada que nos recibe es algo tan simple y sencillo que si eres uruapense de antaño podrás recordar aquel para de salas de cine con las que contaba el multicinemas de la comercial mexicana, pero una vez adentro te puedes dar cuenta de lo grande y la gran cantidad de salas con las que cuenta ese pequeño espacio, eso sin mencionar que la fuidez en la atención a los clientes es muy buena y de excelente calidad, idealmente recomendado para personas que les gusta ir a disfrutar del cine pero les es molesto el gran bullicio que se da por ejemplo, en plaza ágora

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bonito y se ve limpio, las personas q trabajan ahí son amables, las instalaciones cómodas y los sanitarios están también muy limpios. La única razón por la q no me pareció excelente es porque los sanitarios están en planta alta y no vi por ningún lado accesos para personas con necesidades especiales. La verdad hasta sin necesidades especiales es algo incomodo subir a los sanitarios. ??♀️
The place is nice and clean, the people who work there are friendly, the facilities are comfortable and the toilets are also very clean. The only reason why I didn't find it excellent is because the restrooms are on the top floor and I didn't see any access for people with special needs anywhere. The truth is that even without special needs it is somewhat uncomfortable to go up to the toilets. ??♀️

This is one of the smallest locations I have been to. The staff has always been awesome. Sometimes they only hay two workers at the concession stand which I don't like. The line can be a bit slow. It sucks for them because they have sell the movie tickets and sell the food at the same desk. Overall I like it, is new and clean
