★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice cinema located in the VIP Galerias mall in Monterrey. You can even book your own tickets at the machine without waiting in line at the ticket window. Make sure you have plenty of time to get snacks before the movie. The snack service is a little slow and disorganized. Good restaurants in the mall and plenty of options for shopping too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4DX is amazing. I don't know how to feel about they playing a lot of trailers before the movie. Service is real slow if you want to buy some popcorn, especially when playing new movies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The VIP is very disorganized. It is almost 100% guaranteed that they will mess up your food order, that's if your willing to pay the high prices. Waiters and hostess seem kinda rude. Not worth it, well,maybe... if you have ALOT of patience.

The personal staff is not very efficient and helpful, the information provided by the app of the company doesn't match with the real schedule of movies in the cinema. And have a few options to choose if you are looking for watch a movie in original language

Warning: The ticket and food court lines are rather slow, but if you bought the tickets online and are not into overpriced cinema food, you are sure to quickly enter.
Warning #2: Go to the bathroom before the movie stars, said area is far away from a few auditoriums.
