★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confortable, but smaller than Altabrisa or Las Américas. It does not have a VIP special line for tickets or snacks. The picture quality and sound are ok. However, it is a good one, I think just a step below the one in Altabrisa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New cinema -- smells new! Picture and sound were excellent. Delicious popcorn -- better than Cinemex. Santa Clara ice cream shop across the corridor from the movies. Ridiculously wonderful ice cream.

Had a discount because I’m a student so it’s half price. The case is that I showed my school id and the employee told me that I could get a half price discount, so I paid the “half price” and I was thinking that everything was fine. The next second she gave me the receipt and I could see that she had taken full price. I told her that I thing she had made a mistake and I told her that 10 seconds ago she told me that I could get the discount, but now she had charged me full price. She told that there were nothing she could do about and she made a “mistake”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best theater around Merida, it’s the biggest English dubbed movie theater. It’s very clean. The employees there are very slow. My movie was about to start and the snack people took 15-20 to give me 2 drinks and 2 large popcorns. So that’s very annoying. Also if using US card to pay it may get declined the first time you swipe (and yes my bank knows I’m in mexico) overall the experience was good just the employees definitely need retraining.
