★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location of Cinépolis is well kept. Has clean bathrooms and comfortable seats in the movie theater. As in every Cinepolis around the country, snacks at the cafeteria are very expensive. Service in the cafeteria ranges from good to average depending on how busy it is, employees can get overwhelmed at times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very clean, although they advertise there's some air cycling system to keep the theaters safe, I am not sure that's a thing. Doors are kept open at all times, but I suppose wearing a face mask all the time is the best one can do. Overall, their movie selection is usually great, the VIP option is alright, but the candy shop there doesn't always have cash for change, so it's better to pay with a card. I like the candy shop of the main theater, it's a bit expensive, but the nachos are really good.
