La actitud de los empleados es muy buena, el servicio en taquilla y tienda son excelentes. Muy amables, todo muy limpio. Las salas obviamente son nuevas no tienen ni medio año de uso. Algo no muy padres diferencia de otros Cinépolis, aquí los asientos no se reclinan ni se alza el portavasos o descansa brazos. De ahí en fuera, el sonido y la imagen de perfecta calidad. Super Recomendado!

Very good experience, I would say, of the best in Ometepec to hang out and escape the heat, because the weather inside really makes you forget the eternal summer outside. The attitude of the employees is very good, the service at the box office and store are excellent. Very friendly, all very clean. The rooms are obviously new, not even half a year old. Something not very different from other Cinépolis parents, here the seats do not recline or lift the cup holder or rest arms. From there on out, the sound and the image of perfect quality. Super Recommended!
