Seats recline nicely. Comfortable. Lots of seats in each theater. Recommend parking near mall entrance as walking through stores takes longer.

I love that their cheddar cheese popcorn is very cheesy, theaters are pretty clean but the service is pretty slow. They usually have subtitled movies in English but they're starting to get less and less

I enjoyed the movie and the place a lot but, it's the second time they skip us over to take somebody else's order and we have to call them to take our our and then still have to wait for them to come back

Incredible place to enjoy with family and friends, I have not been able to to enjoy a movie with a excellent service offered by the group of people working there, a full restaurant type service brought to your seat with a push of a button, menu at your fingertips, and alcohol drinks available, amazing place to enjoy with family and friends.

This is actually a regular Cinépolis AND a Cinépolis VIP installation. This is a very new installation. Having been to both parts of the movie theater, this is a good movie place that is very popular among teenagers and mall-goers alike, but the regular Cinépolis is very understaffed, which sours the experience greatly. Parking space is just OK, with the close sections filling up quite easily, although there are some overlooked spaces at the south end of the facility. Please take this into account when scheduling your visit. The pricing is on the higher end for both sections. With a food court nearby, this is a good place to spend a movie-watching afternoon. Bathrooms are serviceable Regular Cinépolis. The movie selection offers mostly blockbusters with about an equal space for original language and dubbed screenings. The audio/video, seats, cleanliness and space of the rooms is top-notch. It has a Junior room just for kids. The bad part of the experience is at the front of the section. Store front can get really saturated, with queues longer than 10 minutes not uncommon in a weekend. The queues become even longer at the popcorn stand. In spite of the long queues, I have not seen more than two cashiers attending ticketing. There is an automatic ticketing machine, but since this machine does take cash nor does honor the very worth-wile 2x1, birthday and Wednesday prices, it is left mostly unused by most. Also, this place does not have a VIP line, so that adds even more to the already crowded space in a very unsatisfactory way. Please consider arriving at the Mall at least 30 minutes before the show-time during weekends and holidays. Cinépolis VIP. The VIP section of the movie theater is completely different. Service, food quality and seating is top notch. Movie selection is mostly shown in their original language. Because of the high popularity of this place as well as the limited seating of the rooms, tickets run out fast. You can get seating online, but again, without honoring the very worthwhile promotions such as 2x1 and special pricing coupons, son site buying is preferred. If you opt for this option, please consider dropping by early to buy your tickets.

Getting a little crowded but a nice wide place to enjoy

My girlfriend and I love to spend time here. I think is one of her favorite cinema places, and we are addicted to cinema. Definitely coming back ASAP.

My husband and I have been going here for many years. This location is our favorite and it's worth driving just a bit farther to get here. Though honestly we have not had issue with any cinepolis locations. We always buy our tickets in advance so we can choose our seats and skip the long lines on the weekends. The only downside is that you need to arrive an hour early sometimes because the concession line is so long. This is not the fault of Cinepolis as they work quickly and with a friendly attitude it's just the fact that so many people go here on the weekend. If you can purchase V.I.P. tickets it's definitely worth it.
