★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardan demasiado en atender y siempre con una pésima actitud, nunca hay palomitas para llevar (el tamaño más grande) ni otros alimentos como por ejemplo los hot dog jumbo entre otros.. no deberian de anunciarlos si no los tienen, para ser Cinepolis deja mucho que desear
 Bad service, they take too long to attend and always with a bad attitude, there are never popcorn to take away (the largest size) or other foods such as hot dog jumbo among others .. they should not announce them if they do not have them, to be Cinepolis leaves much to be desired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenia una función de dr strange en 3D a la 7 de la tarde la cual por no se q tonteria de ellos no esta lista para reproducir, por lo cual no dicen q tenemos q esperar 40 minutos para cargarla en otra sala y nisiquiera en 3D, es en 2D. Y para cerrar con broche de oro en ningún momento fueron para pedir una disculpa por los inconvenientes. Ya para cuando entre mis palomitas ya estaban aguadas por el chile y la salsa, y con un pesimo sabor de boca con la experiencia.
I had a dr strange show in 3D at 7 pm which for I don't know what nonsense of them is not ready to play, so they don't say we have to wait 40 minutes to load it in another room and not even in 3D, it is in 2D. And to close with a flourish at no time were they to apologize for the inconvenience. By the time my popcorn was watered down by the chili and sauce, and with a terrible taste in my mouth from the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad me gusta mucho porque tengo la facilidad de comprar mis boletos en línea, solo la última vez duré mucho tiempo en la línea para comprar en la dulceria, la fila no era muy larga y pasé más de 30 min.
así que perdí parte de la película y eso que llegue con tiempo para la hora de mi película
The truth is that I really like it because I can easily buy my tickets online, only the last time I spent a long time in line to buy at the candy store, the line was not very long and I spent more than 30 minutes.
so i missed part of the movie and i got here in time for my movie time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato en este lugar es pésimo desde la entrada no quisieron hacer válida la promoción de lunes inventaron que no había sistema, el trato fue rudo de muy mala gana el gerente nos trato muy mal y nos dejaron entrar a la sala 10 minutos antes de la función sin limpiar, para ir al baño es un laberinto casi tienes que llegar al techo para poder ir al baño.
Maltrataron un señor al comprar unas palomitas para su hija. No hay siquiera donde sentarse para esperar la función. No recomiendo este lugar para nada.
The treatment in this place is terrible from the entrance they did not want to make the Monday promotion valid they invented that there was no system, the treatment was rude very reluctantly the manager treated us very badly and they let us enter the room 10 minutes before the function without cleaning, to go to the bathroom is a maze you almost have to reach the ceiling to go to the bathroom.
They mistreated a man when buying some popcorn for his daughter. There is not even where to sit to wait for the performance. I do not recommend this place at all.
