★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's dirty, looks unsafe, the sound confirguration while watching movies was not ok, it was only loud but not clear or enjoyable. Definitely the worst Cinépolis at Queretaro. Better to go to Cinépolis Esfera or Cinépolis Antea.
