a	ariel osoyo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui el domingo con mi novia, llegamos 15 minutos antes de la película, compramos los boletos y nos formamos para comprar palomitas y refresco. En serio que mal servicio tienen para atender las cajas; solamente dos abiertas y la fila daba casi las cuatro vueltas de serpiente. Wao más de 35 minutos formados en la fila y aún no nos atendían, llegamos tardísimo a la peli, ya llevaba un buen tramo, me quedé con un pésimo sabor de boca, pregunté incluso por el buzón de quejas y sugerencias y no me lo quisieron proporcionar. La verdad no vuelvo a asistir a ese cine con tan pésimo servicio. (Por cierto, mejoren muchísimo su audio que se escucha más mi teatro en casa) I went on Sunday with my girlfriend, we arrived 15 minutes before the movie, we bought the tickets and we lined up to buy popcorn and soda. Seriously, what a bad service they have to attend the boxes; only two open and the line made almost four turns of a snake. Wow, more than 35 minutes in line and they still didn't attend to us, we arrived very late to the movie, it had already been a good stretch, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth, I even asked for the complaints and suggestions mailbox and they didn't want it provide. The truth is that I will never go back to that cinema with such lousy service. (By the way, greatly improve your audio, which is heard more in my home theater)

Я	Яichy Cayetano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, nos tocó ir a ver la película "El conjuro 3" a las 2pm y el boleto nos costó $39 y la sala es básica, estuvo bien por qué no había mucha gente así que por temas de la sana distancia no tuvimos problemas, tiene varios lugares de estacionamiento, lo que me gustó es que el cine si cuenta con la medida e higiene adecuada por el tema de covid, eso si ya no dejan agarrar salsa, catsup a tus anchas si no que te lo dan a la hora de darte tus palomitas o lo que estén comprando y está bien por eso del covid. Los baños muy limpios. Service was good and seemed easy enough to buy tickets from the concession stand. Seats were comfy, only thing we went during covid and seats were taped off inconveniently for a family we are all in the same household would of been nice to sit together. The technology used for the screen and sound was top notch.
